We accept most PPO plans, and indemnity plans. If you have questions regarding your insurance plan, please contact us to confirm that we accept it.
Financial Arrangements
In an effort to keep the cost for dental procedures down while maintaining a high level of professional care we have established the following payment
policies for use of our patients: Co-payment is due at a time of the service. Fees may be paid as follows:
- Most insurance plans accepted
- Cash payment discount 5%
- Senior discount 5%
- Visa, Master Card
- Financing available - 0% APR up to 12 month - Care Credit
24 hour notice is required to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. Less notice may result in a fee of $50.00
